Refund Policy

We understand that plans change! At Aire Reformer Pilates Studio, we do our best to offer a fair and flexible refund and cancellation policy.

1. Class Bookings

• Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the scheduled class will receive a full class credit to use at a later date.

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class or no-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit.

2. Memberships & Packages

• Memberships and class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• In special cases (e.g., medical reasons), please contact us at [insert email] and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

3. Courses & Workshops

• Courses and workshops are refundable up to 7 days before the start date.

• No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the start date, but you may be able to transfer your place to another participant (with our approval).

4. Studio Cancellations

If a class or course is cancelled by us for any reason (e.g. instructor illness, low attendance), you will receive a full refund or class credit — your choice.
